Sweat Rate Test:
The easiest way to measure your sweat rate is to weigh yourself (no clothes) before exercising. After one hour of exercise, return to the scales (no clothes) at home and weigh in. For each pound lost, typically is a loss of 15.4 oz. of fluid. With this said, 2 percent is safe, 5 percent is on the verge of dehydration while 7 percent could be life threatening. So hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
